The procedure itself was quick and straightforward, and I was reassured throughout. After the appointment, I realised there had been some confusion on my side regarding the pricing, as the invoice still reflected surgical treatment. I raised this with the clinic, and the difference was refunded promptly and without any issues. I really appreciated how professionally and fairly this was handled. Overall, a positive experience — good clinical judgement, clear results, and excellent customer service. I'd be happy to recommend the clinic.
